Overview

The Welcome Coordinator at Oak Street Health is responsible for creating an inclusive environment and ensuring a positive first and last impression on patients. They perform various administrative tasks to enhance patient experience and clinic operations.

In Short

• Welcome patients and guests
• Conduct visit check-in and assist with forms
• Collect co-pays and update patient information
• Schedule/reschedule appointments
• Manage phone lines and faxes
• Maintain cleanliness of Welcome areas
• Float to other centers as needed
• Provide excellent assistance to patients and guests
• Be a part of the Service Team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite
• Professional phone etiquette
• Fluency in Spanish or other relevant languages
• US work authorization
• Experience in customer service preferred
• Some college preferred
• Flexible and positive attitude
• Welcoming attitude towards older adults
• High level of integrity
