In Short

• Monitor route status and provide required information using Transportation Management Systems.
• Communicate effectively with customers and drivers.
• Process requests received through inbound calls and emails.
• Monitor routes for exceptions and provide timely feedback.
• Support data collection and reporting of performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with customer service.
