Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer care or a customer-facing role.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Creative problem solver with attention to detail.
  • Able to work in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot is appreciated.
