Customer Operations Internship - Remote

In Short

• Manage technical issues by investigating and troubleshooting problems.
• Develop and maintain technical product expertise.
• Identify and monitor key user operational metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing.
• Assist in writing Help Center and user education content.
• Engage with users in the Lucid Community.
• Investigate customer requests for cancellation and refunds.
• Resolve customer concerns related to billing.
• Research accounts with payment disputes.
• Communicate effectively with customers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• A strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility.
• Ability to translate complex technical ideas into simple content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Bias towards finding solutions.
