The Customer Onboarding Coordinator at EcoVadis plays a crucial role in guiding customers through onboarding processes, ensuring they understand and successfully implement sustainable procurement goals using EcoVadis solutions.

In Short

  • Collaborate with Onboarding Managers to support customer accounts.
  • Coordinate operational onboarding tasks and track milestones.
  • Assist customers with supplier assessments and outreach.
  • Present EcoVadis tools in training sessions.
  • Manage technical configurations for new customers.
  • Collect and organize customer data effectively.
  • Prepare reports on onboarding progress.
  • Deliver training sessions on platform usage.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer success, consulting, or procurement.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented team player.
  • Experience in an international environment is ideal.
