Overview

As a Global Account Director at EcoOnline, you will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with our largest, most strategic global accounts. This role requires a results-driven professional with the ability to align client needs with EcoOnline’s EHS, ESG, and Chemical Management solutions.

In Short

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Own and achieve sales targets for assigned global accounts.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to enhance value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver impactful customer experiences.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments.
  • Lead negotiation of large, complex deals.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Mentor and coach sales team members.
  • Contribute to the development of global sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with strategic partners.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of clients’ strategic goals.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions and enterprise IT environments.
  • Knowledge of EHS, ESG, and Chemical Management best practices.
