Overview

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for uncovering the needs of prospects and generating interest in EcoOnline offerings, ultimately delivering qualified opportunities to the Account Executives.

In Short

  • Build pipeline using cold prospecting playbook.
  • Practice pipeline management and follow-up skills.
  • Engage prospects through social media channels.
  • Bridge between Sales & Marketing Teams.
  • Schedule client meetings for the Sales Team.

Requirements

  • Confidence in learning cold calling playbook.
  • Self-starter with planning and organizing skills.
  • Strong communication skills internally and externally.
  • Decision-making and problem resolution skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Team-oriented with a hunger for growth.
  • Previous experience in Business Development is a plus.
  • Strong intercommunication and people skills.
