  • Develop and implement strategies to drive B2B brand awareness, demand generation, and lead acquisition across digital media channels.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize owned and paid media campaigns to maximize audience engagement.
  • Drive strategic marketing direction of products and support the development of sales collateral.
  • Manage ad spend across various channels and develop strategic marketing relationships with retail partners.
  • Oversee digital media budgets and vendor relationships to maximize ROI.
  • Implement content development strategies to improve demand generation.
  • Own digital campaign analytics and deliver actionable insights.
  • Introduce marketing automation and evaluate digital media vendors.
  • Conduct analysis of audience behavior and competitor campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field; 8+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing B2B digital campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency in tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Experience managing PR and media agencies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.
