Director of Omnichannel Monetization - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Omnichannel Monetization to lead and deliver 360° monetization across ecoATM Gazelle's consumer ecosystem.

In Short

• Develop and drive the omnichannel monetization strategy in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Lead monetization product management, eCommerce sales/store operations teams and retail and marketplace monetization initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering to plan, build, and launch monetization capabilities and features.
• Drive daily execution excellence and achievement of contribution targets to overall revenue and margin goals.
• Own business partnerships that power monetization strategies to develop specific roadmaps within each line of these revenue streams.
• Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure end-to-end alignment and success.
• Design, execute and measure A/B tests that prove the value of customer-centric features.
• Think big across physical and digital footprints.

Requirements

• 8+ years in growth, product management, eCommerce, growth and/or monetization roles with business ownership.
• Product led background with ownership of results.
• Customer-centric approach with knowledge of surfacing customer insights.
• Proven success building and scaling revenue initiatives with a Product-Led Growth approach.
• Experience managing business outcomes and budgets, contributing to P&L goals.
• Strong growth operator mindset: hands-on, metrics-driven, results-oriented.
• Technical fluency to collaborate closely with engineers and architects.
• Expertise in revenue optimization, pricing models, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
