Overview

The Economist Group is seeking a marketing rockstar who will lead and elevate our efforts to drive engagement of our B2B subscriber base.

In Short

  • Formulate a global marketing plan to increase engagement across the client subscriber base.
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to execute marketing plans.
  • Use customer segmentation for targeted campaigns across various industries.
  • Manage customer lifecycle communications to enhance user value.
  • Identify content marketing opportunities based on news cycles.
  • Develop innovative engagement strategies beyond regular marketing channels.
  • Leverage analytics to prioritize key cohorts for engagement.
  • Report on campaign performance against KPIs and budget.
  • Support the Customer Success team with onboarding and promotional materials.

Requirements

  • Experience in data-driven, multi-channel marketing communications.
  • Understanding of subscription marketing and customer lifecycle stages.
  • B2B marketing experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Data proficiency with strong reporting capabilities.
