Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive engagement, referrals, and revenue from channel, technology, and strategic partners. In this role, you’ll take ownership of co-marketing campaigns, partner enablement programs, and event coordination, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize impact.

In Short

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner marketing strategy to increase partner engagement, referrals, and revenue.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze partner marketing initiatives such as joint webinars, content collaborations, email marketing, backlink sharing, and social media campaigns.
  • Manage partner-related events and sponsorships, including partner SKOs, customer gatherings, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with sales, partnerships, product marketing, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on partnership initiatives.
  • Lead the creation and management of a partner enablement program, equipping partners with training, resources, and tools to market and sell effectively.
  • Educate the internal sales team on the partner ecosystem and how to leverage it for growth.
  • Support the Product Marketing team in establishing and managing the Partner Advisory Board and its meetings.
  • Oversee the partner marketing portal, ensuring materials are updated and easily accessible.
  • Analyze campaign performance and partner engagement metrics, using insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in partner marketing.

Requirements

  • B2B marketing experience (must have prior experience in a marketing manager role or similar).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partner initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects forward.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with responsiveness to partner and internal team needs.
  • Experience managing partner marketing programs, including events, enablement, and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Remote work experience, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing marketing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns accordingly.
