Contract Compensation Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Compensation Contractor to help support the building of an internal Compensation strategy. This will likely be a 3-month assignment.

• Support Compensation Strategy Implementation.
• Market Analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Collaboration with finance and other departments for compliance.
• Assist in preparing executive compensation disclosures.
• Support the team administering equity compensation programs.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Conduct market analysis and build reports.
• Update current bands and grades across the organization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.
• 10+ years of experience in compensation programs required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in building compensation programs.
• Private equity experience required.
• Strong presentation building skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with compensation data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.
