Senior Compensation Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Senior Compensation Consultant will play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and administering Lucid’s compensation programs while partnering closely with the broader HR team and business leaders.

• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis for job classification and pay rate guidelines.
• Engage in the annual and mid-year compensation planning processes.
• Analyze market data to maintain internal equity in compensation practices.
• Support managers and employees with compensation-related inquiries.
• Formulate compensation offers for new hires.
• Assist with regional market salary surveys and tools.
• Communicate and administer local compensation policies.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Resolve day-to-day concerns related to compensation policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Windows-based applications.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Radford Technical Job Descriptions is a plus.
• Strong analytical and consulting skills.
• Compensation Certification (CCP) is a plus.
• HRIS Systems knowledge is a plus.
