Staff Analyst, Cybersecurity & Privacy Compliance - Remote

Overview

As the Staff Analyst, Cybersecurity & Privacy Compliance you will play a critical role in the ongoing buildout of a world-class Risk & Compliance function within Lucid Financial Services. The primary focus is Cybersecurity, Privacy and Fraud Prevention across our auto lending and leasing operations.

• Support cross-functional teams and stakeholders by managing compliance obligations.
• Assist with privacy and cybersecurity compliance through impact assessments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Risk & Compliance functions within financial services.
• Knowledge of U.S. federal and state regulations related to data privacy and cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance programs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Position based in AZ, MI, or CA Headquarters.
