Employee Development Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an Employee Development Specialist who will play a dual role at our Newark, CA corporate headquarters: hosting engaging new hire orientation sessions and serving as an Instructional Designer to develop impactful training content for Lucid Motors employees across North America.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles.
• 1-2 years’ experience designing learning content.
• Familiarity with various training delivery methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
• Bachelor's in Instructional Design or relevant experience.
