In Short

• Lead projects to create educational deliverables.
• Monitor stakeholders' environments and business objectives.
• Coach and develop less experienced instructors.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions.
• Deploy development tools and monitor outcomes.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Electrical training.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers and instructional designers.
• Validate training effectiveness by measuring and analyzing outcomes.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.
• Work 100% onsite at Kennedy Space Center, FL.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or support.
• Experience in coaching or employee development.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed work instructions and blueprints.
• Preferred experience in leadership courseware design.
• Aerospace Manufacturing and Lean Certifications.
• Experience with NASA standards and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of QA inspections and job analysis.
• Must be a U.S. Person for compliance requirements.
• Drug Free Workplace compliance.
• Ability to obtain NASA facility access.
