In Short

• Lead and execute security control assessments for federal information systems.
• Develop Security Assessment Plans (SAPs).
• Conduct technical control evaluations and interviews.
• Analyze system artifacts and produce Security Assessment Reports (SARs).
• Present findings to stakeholders.
• Coordinate assessor activities daily.
• Align with CSAM or equivalent tools.
• Validate compliance documentation including POA&Ms.
• Work with RMF lifecycle artifacts.
• Support proposal efforts as needed.

Requirements

• Experience with cybersecurity compliance and assessments.
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and RMF.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Familiarity with federal consulting practices.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
• Experience in developing compliance documentation.
• Willingness to support proposal efforts.
