We are seeking a Junior Support Analyst to join our team, working remotely. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, can adapt to different cultures, and is passionate about helping people.

In Short

  • Provide high-quality support for Atlassian tools.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Support end-users in using the product effectively.
  • Perform troubleshooting in Atlassian Server/Data Center and Cloud environments.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
  • Identify support process improvements and propose solutions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for technical tickets.
  • Monitor performance indicators and propose operational improvements.
  • Conduct interactions with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Advanced English for international client communication.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Analytical troubleshooting skills for technical issues.
  • Familiarity with JQL and REST APIs.
  • Experience with web application logs and performance analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Self-management and organization skills.
  • Assertive communication with clients of varying technical levels.
  • Resilience and critical thinking in challenging situations.
