• Lead the development, maintenance, and modernization of Delphi-based applications for the healthcare and pharmacy sectors.
• Migrate code from legacy versions (Delphi 7+) to modern Delphi platforms (10.x/Seattle/XE).
• Integrate third-party systems and APIs to support pharmacy workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Conduct detailed code reviews and implement continuous improvements in software quality.
• Support database architecture and conversions involving Firebird, SQL Server, and Oracle.
• Build and maintain robust reporting functionalities using FastReport or similar tools.
• Work in a continuous learning environment focused on creativity and innovation.
• Contribute to the transformation of critical systems used by pharmacies and clinics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Delphi development.
• Proficiency in Delphi 7 to Delphi 10.x.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases: Firebird, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL.
• Expertise in OOP and TDD principles.
• Experience with test automation tools (TestComplete, DUnit).
• Advanced or fluent English.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
