5+ years of proven experience in Delphi development.
Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
Familiarity with Oracle databases (12C or higher).
Knowledge of Windows Server administration.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in international teams.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
