Senior Delphi Developer - Remote

Overview

A Delphi developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using the Delphi programming language and its associated integrated development environment (IDE). Their duties include analyzing user requirements, writing efficient code, debugging applications, and ensuring software performance and stability.

• Available for weekend deployment schedules on a rotating basis.

Requirements

• Expert level experience in Software Development in Delphi.
• Excellent understanding of performance/memory leak/scalability issues.
• Strong knowledge of COM, ODBC, OOP concepts, and XML.
• Experience developing Client/Server applications, especially IIS.
• Proficiency using DevExpress and Woll2Woll components.
• Working knowledge of version control systems like Git/BitBucket/Mercurial.
• Intermediate experience with Java is desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Participates in the analysis and design of the client's system applications.
