Overview

As a founding member of our Business Development team, you will have the opportunity to spearhead the next stage of growth for Dynamic, focusing on driving adoption across fintech, stablecoin, and payment verticals.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to pitching and closing deals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying and sourcing opportunities.
• Forge deep relationships with key decision makers in the fintech industry.
• Communicate effectively using tools like Telegram, Slack, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Organize and track sales activities across internal systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of quota-carrying tech sales experience in web3, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.
• Track record of closing enterprise deals and exceeding sales quotas.
• Strategic understanding of the fintech ecosystem with a strong network.
• Passion for web3 and its transformative potential.
• Able to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Nice to haves: experience with web3 applications and familiarity with identity management.
