Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager/ Director, U.S. Market-MDx (Individual Contributor) to join our team and contribute to our expansion and penetration into the US IVD market.

• Develop and implement strategies for market analysis and business expansion in the U.S.
• Utilize industry connections to develop new customers and maintain relationships.
• Formulate and execute sales plans to achieve sales goals.
• Explore new business opportunities for molecular raw material products.
• Participate in industry exhibitions to enhance company visibility.
• Plan regional promotional activities for IVD raw materials.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team on localized marketing materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in molecular raw materials or related fields.
• Strong customer resources and industry connections.
• Excellent market analysis and strategic planning abilities.
• Outstanding customer communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong sales and business development capabilities.
• Self-motivated with strong team spirit and leadership skills.
• Results-oriented and focused on achieving goals.
• Fluent in English and adaptable to a diverse environment.
