By streamlining Web3 onboarding and login, Dynamic allows developers to focus on their core product, and end-users to take advantage of blockchain rails without complexity.

In Short

• You have 10+ years of experience in DevOps and infrastructure engineering.
• You've scaled infrastructure in a high-growth startup environment.
• You have deep experience with AWS (AWS-CDK, ECS/Fargate, PostgreSQL/Aurora, Redis, CodePipeline) and Cloudflare (WAF/DNS/etc).
• You’ve worked on security (pen tests, bug bounty programs) and compliance audits (e.g., SOC2).
• Bonus points for experience with AWS Nitro Enclaves and trusted execution environments.
• You’re familiar with enterprise IT tools like OKTA and Kandji.
• You can think strategically to address new opportunities and security challenges.
• You love to learn and are passionate about web3, security, and identity technologies.

Requirements

• Architect and drive the evolution of Dynamic's cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and security as we grow.
• Champion security and compliance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks while ensuring adherence to standards like SOC2.
• Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure initiatives with broader company goals.
• Mentor and lead the infrastructure team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and innovation.
• Take ownership of the infrastructure roadmap, guiding decisions on scaling, security, and reliability.
• Influence key infrastructure decisions, balancing immediate needs with long-term strategy.
• Lead the automation and optimization of our CI/CD pipelines.
