Overview

As a Deployment Strategist at Duna, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer success by bridging technical and business needs, while shaping product direction based on customer feedback.

• Own customer outcomes end-to-end, from onboarding to expansion.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or startup.
• Customer obsessed with a passion for solving problems.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Technical acumen to understand architectures and API integrations.
• Proven project management skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Startup mindset with an ability to excel in fast-moving environments.
• Collaborative energy to work closely with product and engineering teams.
