• 5–9 years of experience in a hands-on marketing role at a high-growth company (B2B SaaS preferred).

• Engineering mindset for testing, iterating, and fast execution.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on tasks.
• Curiosity and ambition to learn quickly and push boundaries.
