Schrödinger seeks a Strategic Deployment Manager to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods!

In Short

• Manage LiveDesign implementation projects from early-stage discussions through deployment, training and growth
• Ensure long-term customer success through use of the Schrödinger platform
• Collaborate with internal teams to enable substantial growth and usage
• Drive product roadmap and development based on customer needs
• Act as a bi-directional voice for customers
• Work with medicinal chemists, computational chemists, and project leadership
• Utilize knowledge of industry best practices
• Support the adoption of advanced computational methods
• Engage in customer-service oriented management
• Participate in the Schrödinger platform's future development

Requirements

• B.Sc. in a life science (M.Sc. or Ph.D. preferred)
• At least three years of experience in a life sciences field related to drug discovery
• Experience with computational chemistry or cheminformatics in a research setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for customer success
