Manager, Strategic Enablement - Remote

Overview

Gore Mutual’s EPMO team is expanding! We are looking to add two new Managers, Strategic Enablement to our team, who will partner with Claims and Personal & Commercial Underwriting. This role connects business strategies with product/capability & initiative roadmaps that align business processes and technology with strategic objectives.

In Short

• Facilitate demand and business justification process.
• Act as a trusted partner and thought leader in strategic initiatives.
• Investigate and propose solutions for business needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Lead delivery of GenAI and other solutions.
• Manage end-to-end execution of portfolio initiatives.
• Provide regular updates to business leaders.
• Drive change management strategies for new capabilities.
• Foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Encourage team members to adopt a growth mindset.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of work experience.
• Experience in P&C Business with knowledge in Claims or PL/CL Underwriting.
• Proficiency in business analysis and documentation.
• Proficient in business process design.
• Proficiency in project/portfolio management methodologies.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong judgement and creative problem solving.
• Experience with Agile delivery.
• PMP or CIP or related certifications are a benefit.
