Overview

As an Auto Appraiser at Gore Mutual, you will deliver exceptional claims service through the inspection and estimation of automobile physical damage, ensuring timely resolution of claims.

In Short

• Review estimates from vendors and negotiate changes.
• Inspect vehicles and prepare damage appraisals.
• Complete government salvage branding forms.
• Assist Claims Advisors with appraisal problem solving.
• Manage indemnity and severity to restore vehicles.
• Field work may be required.

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience as an auto appraiser.
• ICAR training or Platinum certification preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of automobile repair procedures.
• Strong understanding of Audatex estimating.
• Ability to identify damages and judge repairability.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
