Auto Desk Appraiser Level II - Remote

Overview

The Auto Desk Appraiser Level II will determine the scope and cost of auto repairs for damages caused by collision or other risks, reviewing shop estimates and working with repair facilities to reach acceptable repair estimates.

In Short

• Review and rewrite auto body shop estimates for collision and material damage losses.
• Obtain agreement on scope and cost of repairs with repair facilities.
• Document repair estimates and supplements as required.
• Provide written reports to clients on adjustments made in estimates.
• Prepare and submit total loss condition reports for potential total loss claims.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience with CCC/Pathways estimating software or equivalent.
• Experience as a body shop estimator, independent field appraiser, or insurance carrier staff appraiser.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
