Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Troubleshooting Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Appian, Talend, SQL Server, and Autosys technologies. The candidate should be eager to learn, able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and effectively communicate results with a globally located team.

In Short

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Appian applications.
• Help diagnose and fix problems in Talend workflows.
• Support the management and troubleshooting of SQL Server databases.
• Working knowledge of automations built on Power Automate.
• Assist in handling Autosys job scheduling and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Document and track issues, resolutions, and best practices.
• Provide technical support during production releases.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical troubleshooting and support.
• Basic understanding of Appian applications.
• Familiarity with Talend and basic knowledge of ETL processes.
• Basic proficiency in SQL Server.
• Some experience with Autosys job scheduling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
