We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Retail & Finance) to join our team at Droids On Roids, based in Wrocław, Poland. We have been transforming ideas into innovative, functional solutions for companies worldwide since 2011. At the beginning of 2025, we partnered with Apadmi, a company trusted by brands like Domino’s, Asda, and NHS. We are currently undergoing a strategic transformation, developing a new business branch focused on actively acquiring clients in the Polish market. In Short

• Coordinate the creation of a client base and verify acquired leads.
• Independently conduct sales conversations and close deals.
• Co-create sales offers and strategies for the Polish market.
• Face-to-face meetings with clients (mainly in Warsaw).
• Collaborate with the technical team and participate in planning solutions for clients.
• Provide feedback and collaborate with the Sales Development Representative.
