Overview

We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager to support our lead generation and marketing efforts through smart analytics, technical SEO, marketing automation, and optionally paid campaigns.

In Short

• Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager, Sales team, and Developers.
• Lead technical SEO efforts and build marketing dashboards.
• Automate data flows and support paid campaigns.
• Maintain and evolve the marketing analytics stack.
• Run A/B tests and identify actionable insights.
• Own keyword research and on-page SEO planning.
• Plan and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn.
• Participate in growth brainstorming and planning meetings.
• Suggest new channels and tools to support marketing goals.
• Work in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B performance marketing.
• Deep understanding of GA4, SEO, Google Ads, and performance optimization.
• Experience with technical marketing tools like GTM and WordPress CMS.
• Proven track record of driving traffic and leads.
• Analytical mindset with excellent reporting capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in a remote-first environment.
