Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school with active U.S. bar admission.
• 7+ years of relevant legal experience in digital health or telemedicine.
• Strong background in HIPAA/HITECH compliance.
• Experience with state telehealth laws and licensure.
• Knowledge of health care fraud and abuse laws.
• Proven track record in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience with complex commercial agreements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
