Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Business Development Representative (BDR) who’s ready to accelerate Donna’s growth by building a pipeline, opening doors, and connecting our AI solution to the field sales teams who need it most.

In Short

  • Identify, research, and prioritize high-potential enterprise accounts across multiple industries.
  • Run multi-channel outreach using AI tools to scale efforts.
  • Set up qualified discovery calls by uncovering prospect pain points.
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
  • Continuously refine outbound experiments and messaging.
  • Represent Donna at events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or outbound sales.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organised and proactive in managing pipeline.
  • Data-driven and familiar with outreach & AI prospecting tools.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Experience or strong interest in AI, SaaS, or sales tech.
