  • Achieve high engagement through structured outreach.
  • Respond rapidly to new leads within 24 hours.
  • Ensure clear visibility into all lead activities and statuses.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in business development, sales development, or lead generation.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and structured outreach processes.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and a consultative sales mindset.
  • Confident in engaging senior-level stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Self-starter who excels at building and refining processes.
  • Skilled at listening and building trust and credibility.
