Requirements

• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• 3+ years supporting executives as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Experience managing remote teams.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to build trust across cultural differences.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with coaching methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR processes is beneficial.
