Senior Backend Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Backend Engineer will be an integral part of our EMEA engineering teams, working remotely as a full-time employee in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, Netherlands, Sweden, and Spain. The role involves collaborating on core backend solutions for the PerfectScale platform.

In Short

• Work on backend solutions for PerfectScale data pipeline and business logic.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers from various teams.
• Implement features from proposal to maintenance.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• 6+ years of backend development experience (Go/Java/Rust/Python).
• 3+ years of commercial Golang experience.
• Experience with high traffic/high load distributed systems.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience developing SaaS products, microservices, and containers.
• Knowledge of modern DevOps frameworks and best practices.
• Proactive and self-motivated individual.
