In Short

  • Drive strategic vision for partnerships within the technology ecosystem.
  • Optimize existing alliances and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Lead negotiation of partnership agreements and maintain strong relationships.
  • Oversee joint initiatives with partners to achieve success metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with business strategies.
  • Monitor tech ecosystem for trends and potential partners.
  • Develop resources to support partners in engaging with Docker's products.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance and provide reports to management.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years in enterprise software, with 5+ years in ecosystem or ISV leadership.
  • Experience with DevOps, cloud-native, or developer tooling companies.
  • Track record of building technical partnerships with ISVs.
  • Ability to execute global partner strategy and deliver joint GTM plans.
  • Strong capability in managing executive-level relationships.
  • Understanding of modern developer workflows and technologies.
  • Experience aligning partner strategies with field GTM.
