Overview

The Specialist III is responsible for cultivating customer relationships, understanding their business challenges, and determining how Dun & Bradstreet can provide value.

In Short

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, addressing their evolving business needs.
  • Develop new accounts and expand existing ones through successful renewals and upselling.
  • Map D&B solutions to customer needs and demonstrate product capabilities.
  • Contribute to account-specific strategy by identifying customer needs.
  • Drive credibility through use case expertise and vertical experience.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and product development teams.
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce for planning and forecasting.
  • Participate in account planning and business reviews.
  • Expected to travel onsite to customers at least 40% of the time.
  • Requires a professional with wide-ranging experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales and generating revenue growth.
  • Able to assess client environments and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Experience managing complex sales and multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word.
  • Ownership mindset with problem-solving and proactive approach.
  • Continuous growth mindset and willingness to learn.
