Overview

The Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Operational Resilience will lead initiatives focused on preparing for and responding to cyber and IT incidents to minimize impact, overseeing business continuity, incident management, and risk management.

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in operational resilience program development.
• Strong understanding of risk management and incident response.
• Experience working in a global role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.
• Ability to demonstrate complex problem solving and critical thinking.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
• Willingness to travel moderately (20%).
