Overview

As an EMEA Resilience Manager at Aspire, you will drive the implementation and oversight of our IT and operational resilience framework in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring robust and scalable resilience capabilities.

• Lead the development and maintenance of IT and operational resilience frameworks.
• Conduct regulatory gap assessments and implement necessary controls.
• Ensure compliance with business continuity and disaster recovery standards.
• Establish incident response and crisis management protocols.
• Oversee resilience testing exercises and root cause analysis for incidents.
• Manage third-party vendors' resilience capabilities.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and technology teams.
• Provide regular reports to senior management and regulators.
• Act as the primary contact for regulatory inquiries.
• Engage with stakeholders to integrate resilience practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operational resilience or IT risk management.
• Strong knowledge of EU DORA and UK FCA/PRA frameworks.
• Experience with business continuity planning and disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with third-party risk management and cybersecurity.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional certifications like CBCP, CISSP, or ITIL are a plus.
