Business Resilience Manager - Remote

Overview

The Business Resilience Manager will lead and develop a team responsible for developing, implementing, documenting, and managing disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in enterprise resilience.
• Knowledge of ISO 22301 and NIST 800-34.
• Experience in program/project management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and data management.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
