Overview

As the Director of Demand Generation, you will lead a high-performance team in driving impactful marketing strategies for startups and SMB clients within a fast-paced B2B environment.

In Short

  • Lead and inspire a team of 10+ digital marketers.
  • Manage a portfolio of startup and SMB clients.
  • Focus primarily on Paid Media, SEO, and CRO.
  • Shape the strategic direction of the Demand Generation department.
  • Own key performance indicators related to client success.
  • Act as an executive sponsor for top-tier accounts.
  • Develop Associate Directors into strong leaders.
  • Collaborate with Sales to fuel new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a high-performance culture and team engagement.
  • Report directly to the COO and be part of the leadership team.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in performance marketing leadership.
  • Experience managing high-volume B2B accounts.
  • Proven track record in coaching and developing teams.
  • Fluency in auditing paid media platforms.
  • Strong executive presence for C-level interactions.
  • Comfortable with KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Reliable and follows through on commitments.
  • Bonus: Experience in B2B/SaaS marketing speaking or mentoring.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with RevOps concepts.
