The VP, Finance is responsible for ensuring overall financial health of the business - past, present, and future, at Directive Consulting, a leading B2B performance marketing agency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with 5 years in leadership roles.
• Experience in performance marketing agencies.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Expertise in capital allocation and M&A.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
