Overview

Inato is a Tech for Good company striving to bring clinical research to each and every patient, regardless of who they are or where they live. We are seeking an ambitious, strategic, and hands-on finance leader ready to help us take on our next phase of growth as the VP of Finance.

In Short

• Lead financial strategy and operational expertise for the company.
• Oversee financial planning and improve unit economics.
• Drive pricing strategies and resource allocation.

• Manage investor relations and board engagement.
• Develop and refine financial models for strategic decisions.
• Lead and mentor the finance team for operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in financial processes.
• Prepare for board meetings and investor updates.
• Contribute to the company's long-term vision and growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years in finance roles, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience in a scaling SaaS or startup company.
• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Strong Excel expertise and business acumen.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with investor relations is a plus.
• An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
