Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in life sciences or regulated environments.
• Experience with rapid scale-up of manufacturing in diagnostics.
• Standard cost and lean experience.
• Experience with financing capex.
• Track record of building and leading finance teams in high-growth settings.
• Expertise in financial modeling, compliance, and process improvement.
• Experience with board-level communications and investor relations.
• Strong collaborative skills and business acumen.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems.
