Overview

The Hardware Automation Specialist at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing excellent customer service while installing and maintaining diagnostic automation instrumentation and systems in various laboratory environments. This role allows you to impact patient health directly and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in hardware engineering focused on automation systems.
  • Proven experience in the diagnostics industry.
  • Strong technical skills in hardware design and integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Valid passport and driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in CAD software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards in the diagnostics industry is a plus.
