Overview

The Vendor Partnership Manager at Booking.com is responsible for managing third-party payment partners, contributing to payment research, and supporting senior managers in creating performance plans.

  • Manage day-to-day activities of third-party payments partners.
  • Contribute to payment research and reporting dashboards.
  • Support annual planning for vendor performance.
  • Conduct deal negotiations and analyze cost drivers.
  • Oversee the full vendor management cycle.
  • Monitor and report on payment service provider performance.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams.
  • Create project management frameworks and templates.
  • Coordinate schedules and meetings.
  • Drive agility in project planning and execution.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in vendor management or procurement.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • PMP/PgMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Able to travel 10% of the time within Europe and internationally.
