Overview

The HR Business Partner (Manager/Sr Manager) contributes at both hands-on and strategic levels to enable their client groups to deliver and achieve strategic business and people priorities.

In Short

• Act as a global HR business partner for Corporates Go-To-Market segment.
• Provide strategic thought partnership to leaders.
• Analyze data and trends to identify people and culture needs.
• Drive belonging and inclusion agenda.
• Facilitate execution of cyclical HR processes.
• Partner closely with regional HR.
• Ensure compliance with HR activities and legal requirements.
• Support development of the broader people agenda.
• Lead or support M&A due diligence and integration.
• Contribute to key HR projects as needed.

Requirements

• Experience supporting a Sales or Go-To-Market organization.
• Relevant business and HR education or equivalent experience.
• 3 - 5+ years of progressive experience in HR business partnering.
• Strong data analytic skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence leaders and build relationships.
• High sense of ownership and urgency.
• Ability to think globally and be flexible.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong judgment and people acumen.
